I do not know if it was elephant dung hill but we did go up some really steep trails with some nasty roots before we got to aardvark hill. We did the roundabout trail on Aardvark hill, their was a lot of people in line to go up the hard side and wondered if I had enough clearence to go over the root...

TIRES AND GEARS

THANKS FOR ALL THE ADVICE, IT ALL SOUNDS REALLY GOOD. I DO HAVE THE 5 SPEED WITH THE DANA 44'S 4:11 GEARS AND 4: 1 TRANSFERCASE. iT IS PLENTY LOW BUT WITH 35 RIGHT NOW I AM LOSING A LOT OF POWER ON THE ROAD. I AM HOPING 4:88 WILL MAKE UP FOR THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE 37-38 SIZE TIRES. FAR AS LIFT IT HA...

Tires and gears

The Goodyear mt's are almost gone and it's time for new ones! I am going to put larger tires on 37-38 inch and need to get a lower gear ratio. I was thinking 4:88? If anybody has any advice or suggestions on tires or gears I would appreciate it. I like having the ability to drive her on the road as ...

rubicrawler

Holy crap, that Rubicrawler box is stupid expensive. I bet you could do a 231/300 setup for half that. Yeah thats only 7.2:1 not 10.88:1, but honestly how often would you use double low on the trail? My guess is most of the time you're in single low any way. Not to mention... quick calc assuming yo...

Very nice looking. If I did it over I would have bought an automatic like you to put the Rubicrawler crawl box from advanced adapters on. Just something to put on the christmas list  It takes your double low range to 10.88:1 Let me know how you like those tires, I am about due and I have heard ...

The anti rock is awsome. My dad (rubikrawler) has it on his rig, which is Toby's old rig and it works very well and no hassle of disconnecting your sway bar. Like said above it is more than twice the amount of quick disconnects like you have though. If you have the money to spend I would go with it, ...

I heard that jeep on clearwater is supposed to be a beast with a mile long list of things done to it, and from what I heard its sounds like a heavy built rig. I dont know if its street legal though?
