Yup, love the cherokees! :-) Had five of them now. Last was a 98 with 5-sp, good for 22mpg on the highway on my frequent trips over to Moscow, ID. Had both auto's and sticks. While the autos are nice for climbing in the mountains, the sticks are nice for coming back down the mountains! lol, I prefer...

I wish the best!!

Like Danny, my mother also had a stroke five years ago that left her unable to communicate either verbal or written other than simple verbal things like yes, no, and stuff like that. Pretty tragic things those strokes.

I'm an iPhone fan. Very happy with it and don't need a big book to try and figure out how to use it. Before the iPhone, I was with Sprint. I hated the customer service, and I was not at all happy with their phone warranty/insurance either.

Door needed

I need a drivers side door for a 2nd gen (86) standard cab Toyota 4x4 p/u. Need the glass and internal door guts for the window so it doesn't matter the outside condition of the door as long as the glass and the internals are okay.

Ah boy..... seems like there is always something. :-) Just got back in from the second run on the new gears, going through the getting them hot, then cooling down, etc. The truck went back together this past weekend. Jerry put in a ton of work on it, but he's definitely getting the Toyota's down pat...

You need to get your insurance people to take a look at the state laws on it regarding "buy back". I just went through the "buy back" myself on my totaled Cherokee. If your insurance company "totals" the rig and you opt to keep it (buy-back), then they have to notify th...

Very sorry to hear of your misfortune Doc Casey. This is the sad and unfair part of it all. Some come back okay, some don't come back, and some spend the rest of their life living with the repercussions of their tour(s). I was one of the fortunate ones for twenty six years of military service and I ...

ah don't say it............... lol Engines for them cost bux too. Seems like unfortunately the cash for clunkers thing really dried up the supply of used engines. And rebuilding costs are going up. By the time I got done with all the nickel dime stuff and all on rebulding the 6 banger for the son-in...
