Looking into portable fridges and power

I have been looking into portable fridges to add to our Bronco we ordered. The downside is there are no dial battery setups for the new broncos. Would a smaller agm and a 100w solar panel really have us set? Would we really need a dc-dc charger?

Re: Bench Racing for a new Wheeler

So JL over a JK it is I guess. I was looking at maybe the 4cyl. I like the idea of something boosted if we are going to take it up in elevation alot. Honestly we are not looking for something super cable as a rig but the wife has declared it needs 4 doors to make getting Little C in and out easier. ...

Re: Bench Racing for a new Wheeler

Daily duties will still be the Denali and CRV...both are good in Tri Cities snow.

I'll look into the JLs more. I do like the 10 speed in the gmc

Bench Racing for a new Wheeler

so with the need for more than 2 seats we are looking for a new wheeler.....for in a couple years maybe once we are more mobile. We would like something for "light" "overlanding" (meaning car camping so a back seat and space for camping gear) Not a hardcore wheeler - While Rubico...

Re: Sanderson Heaers

quick question or two...

do they hit the block portion of the bellhousing or down by the inspection cover? I know on most the S10 V8 swap headers you have to cut the "ears" off the automatic transmissions to make the headers fit.

Got pics of your fitment issue?

Shop building

So I might need to push up my schedule for a shop. Trying to find a good builder for a stick built shop in the 24x24 range and finished out to match our house. Just needs power roughed in and all dried in. Anyone have a recommended guy? Looking to build in spring if I can.

So two weeks ago my father passed away and part of the legacy he left me was his massive collection of "stuff" We currently have a dozen or so chainsaws stacked on a pallet (two are farm bosses...one old enough to not have a safety on it) A bakers dozen of compact tractors (mostly diesel p...

You drove a hard bargain Dave. I almost had to call the boss to approve the purchase.

BTW parts are on order and should be here mid week. I am not sure I came out ahead as this is the worst grease I have ever dealt with. almost have it all cleaned out to repack and assemble when the parts get in.

south to north. I think getting farther north you have more exit options if you run short on time. Or if you get north early it would be a nice place to chill for a bit.

needs some floors and a little hammer/dolly work on a corner and then it should be ready for a scuff and shoot.

Picking up front clip sheetmetal tonight from media blaster and getting it in some primer. Friday the subframe will be ready and it is getting the same treatment.

I think I am missing a nut for a drive flange on one and only have one shifter. I also have a large bearing ford 31 spline input I could let go for the right price with one. Been in dry storage.

The bottom half was like that. areas had a thick center/top crust. if you broke through getting on top was pretty tough to do.
