Have a Bigfoot (made in WA) and the few times I've pulled JKs with it, works well. The few pulls I've done were slow but didn't have any kind of "jerk" to them, just smooth. As a side note, standard tow strap have there place and will still carry them but not for pulling. Also have moved ...

Another good friend of mine recently got a CRV and it has been doing great. He mentioned it is capable of flat-tow.

I thought I would be able to run the Jeep back a lot farther, but the rear springs already seem to be taking most of the weight. I have a "fabbed" 5 1/2" drop hitch in now, don't think a full 6" will settle the f/r spring bias enough but also don't want the hitch to be an anchor...
