Kevin, you are going electric fan, right? How are you going to attach the shroud/fan to teh aluminum radiator? That's the only thing that's holding me back from getting the cheaper aluminum one, rather than the conversion radiator. I don;t have the equipment/ability to weld tabs to the aluminum.

Looks great, . I like the shackle mount.

Why did you angle the lower part of the mount (the part that connects to the axle tube)?

Looks really good! I like it. You'll have generous uptravel for sure. Was the grill still structurally sound after you notched it? Did you tie it in to the frame?

I like your idea for your winch. You could always buy a third section to store in your trail bags.

Hello from Oregon

I know some of you, and unfortunately some of you know me, thought I would join up to see what all the hub-bub was about.

I have a 98 TJ that I use to keep up with all the cool kids. I'll be swapping a 5.9 into it next month for more snort.
