Yes it's a wrangler/YJ. I have no idea what he wants for it. All I know for specs is that it is locked front and rear and has a winch. If your serious about it, let me know and I'll have him put together a paragraph or two and get a price.

My neighbor's brother says he has a 95 jeep, ready to wheel he needs to get rid of. If there is any interest let me know and I'll get specifics.
