After the first few rocky patches my clutch decided that a T-150 with 37's in the rocks wasn't it's cup of tea! Jeep did pretty well otherwise. I think this is the motivation I need to fin...

Sorry we missed you. Was out there at 10am. I've got a little work to do on the Jeep, but will want to do another shakedown run in a month or so.

It'll be pretty challenging since you are long, but I think we can get you through it. I'm sure you'll get to use those rock sliders of yours ;)

Despite the rain and my lack of a respectable top and windshield wipers, I had a great time! Stayed amazingly dry and warm (think the hard top is going to get sold soon). Had good company in the passenger seat. Jeep did great. I'm continuing to gain confidence in it with every run. Looking forward t...

No, they tie into the the dash/ door frame. Ive read and seen pictures of all the pro's and con's of this style of kit. I have a few reinforcements planned, but I feel that for what I'll be doing it will be plenty safe. Plus its nice to not lose any floor space.

So ... I've finally resolved the issue I've been talking about for YEARS. Picked up a sport cage tonight. It's an OR Fab kit, all welded up and ready to go. Think I'm going to make a few additions (A pillar legs, dash bar, CB mount, ect) and get it in this weekend! This has been way too long coming!

Chances are low for sparks, but if I'm going to "host" a run, I need to be legal .... I should be legal anyway. Just hadn't thought about it.

Looks like I'm SOL boys .... Jeep has glasspacks  :( Not sure exactly what I'm going to do. No room for standard offset muffs without building a new system. Don't want to build a new system before potential drivetrain mods happen ..... I'll figure something out, but not before this weekend.
