Last time I was on it, it seemed like it was harder getting to the ridge and that the ridge was just a nice scenic view.

Jeep got garaged and is no longer a daily driver.... Oh the possibilities... its too bad I've been laid off for 2 weeks now. I guess the good news is that my name is... uuhh... well... #2 on the sheet metal apprenticeship list. Should just be a short matter of time before I'm back on my feet...

Re: rubicrawler

Holy crap, that Rubicrawler box is stupid expensive. I bet you could do a 231/300 setup for half that. Yeah thats only 7.2:1 not 10.88:1, but honestly how often would you use double low on the trail? My guess is most of the time you're in single low any way. Not to mention... quick calc assuming yo...

What brand of rear springs and how much lift? My Rusty's 3" rear springs sagged horribly when I packed the Jeep with tools, recovery gear, and a rear passenger last weekend. I could be in for the springs when you are ready. I'm running RE 3.5" springs. I am planning to step down to RC 2.5...

The gears are sitting in my parents garage. I'll get over there as soon as I can to figure out the exact brand. If I get off work early enough I'll try to swing by tomorrow. The fenders wont be off for a little bit. I was just throwing it out there that they will be up for sale in the near future. I...

FS: HP30, Gears, Misc Parts

I've got a non disco HP30 housing. Everything in the diff is intact, but it has no shafts or unit bearings. I'm unsure of the gear ratio itself. I'll let it go for $30. HP30 4.56 R&P Never installed still in the box. Brand is Yukon. $125 D35 4.56 R&P Never installed still in box. Brand is Ge...

So you don't actually live too far from me. I'm off road 68 and sandifur. You should swing by for a beer some time. 8) That would be cool. I'm pretty close. I've seen you in your Jeep quite a number of times. I usually take Sandifer east to 68th when I go to any of the stores over there. It's faste...

I've heard nothing but good about running anti rocks, at least in the front. As trashy pointed out though, they're over priced. Theres tons of cheaper alternatives and I even read a thread on pirate where a guy pieced together his own from misc parts for dirt cheap compared to an actual anti-rock an...

That looked like quite the ride. Was it just me or did it look like not only did the driver bounce his head off the roll bar, but also off the ground. I thought he'd have one hell of a sore neck if not a neck injury.
