Re: E-Lockers, Gears and install kits
This is the number I'm looking for: EAT19969-010
It's the updated D44, 4 pinion design, but the one pictured doesn't look like the double bolt pattern.

Willing to separate?
If so, you have the part number for the rear locker?

Re: Big Bounder refresh
I was specifically thinking of the Husky on 395 but yes, in general truck stops are next to the hwy and the closer to the Hwy the more expensive. Not always but if you make past the first couple of blocks, the price drops a bit, generally.

http://www.tmrcustoms.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=32&sort=20a&page=3 For splicing the roll cage back together... Good stuff, but the 76 and up bars are odd sizes. The YJ one I just go done with is 2 1/8"ish OD might be hard to find a standard size to splice with. The ...

Re: Wanted: Help with Family Style Roll Cage
Thought? Just mine: Cut and splice the back bars to the length needed. This will be close for the 3 row. Cut and splice will probably need to done to the rear bars to reach the floor Run a bar down for the middle seat, put sleeves in for seatbelt mounts. Run a bar, left to right, to tie the back bar...

Re: Wanted: Help with Family Style Roll Cage
Think you are pretty well stuck with a custom cage if you want shoulder belts for all seats. Probably try to find rear belts out of a YJ or TJ for the rear two seats. Going to guess it should look similar to this: http://i1090.photobucket.com/albums/i378/rjewing99/23BEF5F8-164B-4F4B-9E63-987E05F4D82...

Re: Wanted: Help with Family Style Roll Cage
I'm with OG, the YJ family cages is a good start, add the front bars from trail-gear, and a couple extra (B-C and C-C). All this can be done without a bender exempt the C-C tube.
I'd also find a good welder.

If you aren't in a hurry, I'd suggest a look at Rockauto. Last time I ordered from them it as about 1/2 the price of the cheaper auto stores, can't imagine what Napa would be.

Re: YJ mods, an on going thread.
Sooooo, after last weekend, I felt that I had gotten ahead of myself with the b-pillar mounts. The mount design was OK but wasn't wild about welding it straight to the frame, so a new plate was made. Thicker with more weld to the frame. http://i1090.photobucket.com/albums/i378/rjewing99/Blue_YJ/6AD5...

Now I know why many people skip the b-loop frame tie-ins, there is a body mount under the b-loop. This sheetmetal hat channel just didn't give me warm fuzzier so something different had to happen, I also ended up breaking the body bolt too. So I started with something like this: http://i1090.photobu...

I can make things stick with a hot glue gun but for piece of mind, and happen to have a friend, a professional welder was called in. http://i1090.photobucket.com/albums/i378/rjewing99/Blue_YJ/821CE81D-3009-4BAC-B423-1E4CAC896A25_zpsnutyqs8g.jpg Once the cage was welded as much as possible in the Jee...

Think I need to time this with moon cycles but finally got a nice day and some free time. Added some extra bars to the cage, lower spreader, angle, and a gussets. Still trying to decide if I like the design or not. I've seen the idea on another Jeep with a sport bar but the only purposely built this...
