I've been having the same issues with the power steering on my YJ. Opened the hole up and used lighter weight fluid, but it didnt make much difference. I think my pump is going too.

Did you put the stock replacement pump in, or opt for something higher flow/pressure?

Your typical current frame-machine has software with all the manufacturers factory frame specs and measurement locations, much like a typical wheel alignment machine. I would suspect the frame specifications for this project are much more primitive, ie: can be done with simple tooling like a tape me...

I've got a Dynomax muffler you can have. I think it is 2.25" in/out. All the rest of the pieces you can find at Orielly's or RockAuto.

Mine is a Flowmaster 40 series, no cat. You dont want one of these, especially with a soft-top. Very annoying on the freeway. Makes me wish mine sounded like a vacuum cleaner on the freeway.
