Miller TIG welder for sale

Posting for a friend. He is selling a Miller TIG welder or $800. This unit new runs $1300 to $1400 on ebay. The unit hs litte use, is complete w/case, and has no issues.
This unit is a Miller Master 150 TSL. It comes with the TIG lead and stuff.
You must strike the arc with this unit.
