Early (54-71?) CJ5 fiberglass hood - $100

My dad bought it and then found out wouldn't fit his 1975 CJ5.Was a pre AMC (3" shorter front end) so 72 and newer wont work with it? I don't know much about jeeps so that's what I found out from earching.
