wtt 31's and maybe a 4inc lift for zj

i have a set of 5 wild country 31's mud terrians, 4 of them are like 80% and the spair is 100% looking to sell for 450obo or trade for a set of 33's.
possible wheels to. 4 of the 31s r on a set of new craiger soft 8s and one on oem jeep wheel. going to say 600obo with wheels&rims.
possible rough country lift kit its the 4inc complete lift. arms, drop brackets and shocks, everything needed to clear 33s. offer. offer?
