Steel or aluminum whatever ya got for the absolute least amount of $. I think its tj that has the most backspacing of all so they'd work great. 2 or 4 so long as they match will work.

Factory wheels preffered, 6-8" width.

The kid who bought my 35's tonight was going to sell my steel rims, as he wanted the tires for his toy. Believe his name was Donny 531-7174. They were 15x8, 5x4.5 w/3.75" Back Space. Sure you could get them for a good price.

Thanks for the thought but I need more backspacing. I've got mid 80's alloy xj wheels on the truck that are great but a bit closer to 5" backspacing than I have would be great to keep 225/60's off the bedsides.

I have a set of black 15" steel rims for a TJ that are in good shape. They are 10" wide with the 3.75" backspacing. I would like $80 if you're intested.

You don't want factory wheels then. 3.75" is close to stock, you want over 4" if you want to be wider.

4.75 is stock on a YJ, TJ and is closer to the body than 3.75. . .

So yj/xj is more what I'm after then. I just remember there being a backspacing issue when brad killed an axle and had those stupid wheel locks and had to use the old mans spare to limp home.


I guess the tj "canyon" wheels are 5" backspaced which would be saweet!


I've thought about going to 16's but I guarandamntee you will want more than I'm willing to pay.

Your right, my wheel were actually 4.25 backspace as stock was 5.5" on the TJ.

Sheesh I figured at least one of you would have stock wheels hanging around... Off to P.A.W. I go!
