My Winching plan has changed pretty dramatically

BRAND New WARN 9.5CTI
You get the Winch and the Controller. I'm keeping the fairlead and line.

Retail is $1400, but that includes the fairlead and line. . .so. . .$700 OBO. This is an upgrade to ANYTHING you currently have, but it won't physically fit the way I want it to on O. . .so it has to go.

Used TMAX EW9000: $175
Has to be hard wired or you can order a new controller. Clutch lever needs a detent ball/spring. Works fine, but you need those parts for freespool to work. It is a decent winch. GREAT for the money.

The only thing I would trade for at this point is a brand new Warn M8000 plus cash or one of the hi-end Warn non-integrated winches.
