Think the wheels would fit onto my truck? I don't think the transmission would like the jump from 35s to 46s.

Odds are those wheels are 8 x 170mm newer seuperduty pattern since that rear end is from a newer truck and it's got spacers which would be required to clear the frame with those tires and low backspaced wheels. If they'd have used older superduty wheels they wouldn't have needed spacers since they spec a smaller backspacing.

Funny, I've always thought people ask way to much money for tires with very little tread left.
I don't Text (at least not very well), I eat Blackberrys, and I only Twitter after sex...

I sold a SBC cast intake manifold for $75 on Craigslist a year or two ago when the economy was worse than it is now. You can ask for whatever you want, and you'll get exactly what people are willing to pay.

Not to mention that the value of the dollar has plummeted so far in the last 5 years that $100 doesnt buy you much of anything anymore, including used stuff. :?

dana 44

This is an older 5x5.5" 44 that has a nut on the end of each axle shaft holding the hub onto the axle shaft, and a grease zerk on the housing by the outer shaft bearings (anyone know the vintage?). Brake drums dont match each other, spring pads, one side has lug bolts nearly falling out of hub, 3.30 gears, open diff, and I noticed one of the spider gear cupped washers coming out and beat pretty bad.

He also has 5x5.5 to 5x4.5 adapters for sale that Scumby posted in his other thread.

Yup, got a text from motornoggin last week about picking that up for him. Went and looked at it and declined the purchase since it's offset diff, 2 piece axles etc. It would have been a good deal for the $75 he was asking then if it was what he says it is.
