These look exactly like the original asbestos tiles but are made of fiber cement. They come pre-drilled (in the same locations) as the original asbestos tiles were.

Got a craigslist posting for them. I had to order these for $150 bucks from home depot for 18 tiles. I have 8 left over. They are made by GAF (the only company that makes them). Great for if you only have to replace a few.
$7 each/obo. I'll make you a deal if you buy all 8.

Looks like the same stuff that is on our B-House rental in Richland.

Those would be great to have around for replacements. What's the bonus deal on the whole enchilada?

Thanks Dave. The money went to two decent tires for the car. The two front tires were worn down to the belts. LOL
