WTB: Cherokee D44 or 29sp 8.25

My old man is looking to upgrade the rear axle in his '93 2-door. Would prefer the D44, but a 29-spline 8.25 is not out of the question. Needs to have 3.54 gears and OPEN carrier. Please keep your eyes peeled on any of the other forums or boards you might frequent as well... Thanks!

spauldings has a D44 for 350.
