'95 4.0L engine - no longer for sale

I've got a '95 4.0L engine that I'm told came from Spauldings in Spokane, it's still on a pallet and has been stored indoors. Oil pan is bent up a bit, but it's supposed to be a good engine. Looks clean. Asking $200... or $170 for anyone on here.

Sorry guys I changed my mind on this engine and decided to keep it.. hate to do that after posting. I do have another 4.0L that will be for sale in a couple weeks, Toby has dibs if he wants it otherwise it will be up for grabs.
