WTB...U-Bolts and Plate for IFS Toyota

Postby SPR » Tue Jan 19, 2016 6:25 pm

I looking for the factory u-bolts and plates for the rear axle from a late 80's - early 90's Toyota PU. Anyone have them sitting around?

I have some plates and maybe some U-bolts, but would have to match up the measurements.

So let me get this straight: You are using 2.5" wide springs and perches, right? What is the axle diameter?

The axle tubes are 3" diameter and the spring perches are 2.5 wide. I was hoping for factory hardware to match up with my current shock mount arrangement. I could make my own flip kit but I'm not ready to modify my shock mounts and/or purchase new shorter shocks.

I would go like the second style if you can. I've seen the first style cause rigs to get hung up.
You can follow me.... but it's gonna hurt ;)

if you go with the first and you change spring perches you shouldn't need different sized u-bolts. and really you could probably notch your current spring perches. correct?

I have a simple sharpener for ski bottoms and edges that I can let go. Perhaps we can swap stuff. I'll give you a call Sunday.
