Warn m8000 and universal tray mount

Older warn m8000, motor spins when jumped but doesn't work with controller. Probably needs at least one new solenoid? Also has one of the mounting ears broke off. I picked it up in a package deal, planned to use it as a trailer winch but plans have changed. Good cable, hook, and fair lead included. $100 firm, want it out of the shop.
