Off Road Trailer Axle Setup

Postby Casey » Mon Mar 05, 2018 1:28 pm

Sold the JK and bought an XJ, so need to switch the bolt pattern, tires and wheels. I will sell the whole axle setup if someone is interested.

WMS to WMS is within half an inch of a JK axle
Square tubing with spindles welded in
5x5 trailer hubs
custom spacers ($200) to fit stock JK rubicon wheels on trailer hubs
2 35 inch toyo A/T on JK rubicon rims

Hardly used, finished the trailer end of summer and only went on a couple trips

Make me an offer, will separate if anyone is interested in individual parts
Can take some pictures also

Out of curiosity, if you have to run wheel spacer already, why not just change the bolt pattern with them too?

Spacers for the trailer hubs have to be custom made, and cost over $200. I plan to just run steel wheels on the trailer next and won’t need spacers, they will fit over the trailer hubs. I could probably build a complete new setup for less than the custom spacers.
