I've heard of them. Good to know they come recommended. I'll have to give them a call.

I called around to have my factory seats re-uphostered. Whoa!, that would have cost more than what I paid for the whole boat. That is just seats only, non of that other stuff on the sides and back. I ended up just ordering a new set of back to back seats and rear jump seats from boaters world. That's one good thing about an older boat....only the seats are upholstered. 8) No help for you though. Know any bored old ladies in your neighborhood with a souped up sewing machine? :D

Well, uphosterer is found and scheduled to get me done the first part of June! He's a super talented guy and we are working out a badass design. I can't wait to get it done!

Also, I've got a line on a set of GT40p heads that I plan to swap on, with Crane 1.7 roller rockers  That should wake that little motor up a little more .... like it needs more hp .... 8)

Just make sure they will work with your exhaust manifolds bofore you put them on. You also want to make sure the spark plugs will clear. I believe they come out at a different angle then the factory heads.

That's a good point. I actually looked into it a lot because of the plug angle issue. Since the exhaust manifold go up from the head, the plug being angled further downward makes getting to the plugs a lot easier.

I think it is going to work out to be a great swap!

I'm pretty sure it won't work and may harm power, if you give those heads to me I will dispose of them properly for you

Should definatly wake the thing up. Thought about throwing some on the bronco

Look in the classified on Corral.net. This isn't where i'm getting mine, but there is a guy that usually has P heads for $280 shipped.

Hoser and I were just talking about you tonight...wondering where you were. Glad to see youl still have plenty of toys. You just might win.

REALLY super job on the uphostery and you've done yourself proud polishing that baby up.

Speaking of babes....who's the almost neked babe in the picture? :lv:

8) 8) Awesome! Love the new upholstery. Who did you end up having do it? I also spy a set of Smart Tabs on your transom. Are those new? I installed a set on my previous boat. They worked so well, I just put some on our current boat. I had the black SX Smart Tabs on the old '73 boat. I put the stainless on the 'not as old' 1993 boat.

Thanks guys!

Dave, I had a guy who does boat upholstery as side work do it. Did a fantastic job. PM me if you want his contact info. Ya, I just put the SmartTabs on. They help a ton with keeping the bow down. I like the Reinell!

We definitely need to have PP boat run this summer!

8) Cool. I have a small tear in the driver's seat. Other than that, the boat is in great shape.
