Well, no title means no worky ... I'm waiting for the PO to get the title from whoever is holding the lien. I don't want to waste my time and money. If the PO doesn't get the title, I'm not paying the lien holder the balance, I'd rather cut it up and scrap it :(

Any other ideas on this situation. PO was supposed to get me the title today, now he won't return calls ... figures. I do have a signed bill of sale that states the PO will give me the title. What else can I do if he flakes?

I'm pretty sure it is fairly illegal to sell a car and not pay off the note and transfer the title. . .just a guess.
