8) Nice!! I love Scramblers 8)

One of my work buddies has one with a mild lift, flat fenders, and 35's.
When arriving at a camp spot, he removes the back seat and fills that thing up with firewood for the weekend. It's great.

I found a pic of it loaded with wood.:D

Neato.

CJ-7 top, rear seat, and exterior tool/cooler storage in the mini-bed?
Yep, I've wheeled one of those, too...

Circle it or something. Which one is the Scrambler?
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

I'll give Jose a little help.

They're are trying to figure out how to lock the hubs. [I told Jose that I would not tell anyone that he had to Google how to put it in 4x4, so mums the word.]

I have a master plan, and when it stops changing I'll let you know what it is . . .

For now, the 8's gonna get a few small changes then off to Liberty for the 4th!

BTW, Trashy, know anyone selling another Waggy D44? Maybe for the same price as the last one?

Acually, have been thinking about narrowing a WT D44. only problem is these are harder to find than NT D44's.

Waggy no, but I do know of a 3/4 ton 44 already milled, drilled & tapped for high steer with 4.56's and a power lock with an eaton ho52 rear axle with matching gears for cheap.

Sorry, no full width for me. Sticking with 60" WMS, if I can find a WT Waggy D44 it'll get narrowed.

So of to BC early in the AM to try and figure it out. Guess when a PO swapped in that '86 WT D44 they didn't get the gears quite matched with the front  So tomorrow I will be looking for D30/D44 gears! Plan is, put Jeep on hoist, pull front/rear covers, figure out what gears are better/easier to match, hope for miracle

Ah crap . . . I was thinking you had a gear set laying around, but neither axle had 3.73's available. Not that we couldn't get lucky!

the WT D44's came with:
2.72
3.31
3.54
4.09

the D30 front adds 3.07 to that list
