this is how it came to me it had a service box on it prior and the guy wanted to keep it

the bed isnt mounted as i have to do some figuring as the frame wheelbase is longer than std cab long box configuration by about 4" or so not exactly sure on exact length i have a new grille and mirrors on order to get rid of the playgrounds on the side

yes i have zero need for a dually and these trucks to have 4.10s is crazy low in my opinion so 2 birds one stone and the h1 take offs cost the least and are load rated at 3200 lbs or so i think

next steps will be seal up some oil leaks (the vaccume pump) front cover and tab kdp while im at it remove the broken bolts in the head from the exhaust manifold (may replace manifold with 3 piece unit) and after that it will be time for mods (new track bar and bracket upgrade the steering as well)

spent the day working on the rig again today, pulled turbo and exhaust manifold and drilled out some broken bolts out of the head got all but one out perfectly the last one required some serious m'fin ended got it out and the manifold hasnt shrank too much and lined it back up bolted it back on no more manifold leak and replaced the wastegate fitting out and put a plug in there to shut the wastegate off cleaned out the sediment bowl (pretty dirty in there) still have a steady miss under no load and some white smoke wanting to check the timing anyone on here have the cummins adapter?

got both mirrors cut off have some searious body work to do on the doors to get them welded up and straight pass side looks like it was ripped off before also looking for a front section of a bed to close the gap between the cab

also made some mounts for the front of the bed need to finish up the back mounts and get the hitch back on
