Cooling question

Working on flushing out the cooling system on the Super Coupe. Drained, flush poured in, topped off. Start the critter, and get instant flow in the radiator. T-stat stuck open?

I'd say yes. That or it may not have one.

Has a fail safe stat in it. Guess it failed safe
