Rubicon for the Rubicon
You got it. I can show you the ghetto way I did it my Jeep. Ain't pretty but it works. Someday I need to do something similar for the headlights, but that will require building a harness.
Do you know the trick so you can use your fogs on both high and low beam? Cheapest TJ mod!

Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

LOVE the new top Lee. Looks awesome. Sure will be nice to go from full top to Safari top in a snap...and back. I just did the bi-annual Soft top-Safari top wrestle.
Gives me hope when my factory top bites the bullet. It seems to fit just fine with your Rockhard rear bar...or did you have to remove it?

Rock hard bar had to go. This top is tight. One could probably flip the bar or move it lower.Yeah, soft top to Safari; just did it before picking the girls up at school. Easy to do when it is warm and the Jeeper Chicks love the wind in their hair. (Also makes it easier for them to flirt. It begins already.)

I dig the safari conversion... I know the Bestop Safari on mine is indeed a PITA to put on. I'd like to take a look at yours in person sometime to see how it might fit with my cage. Since mine is glued in place I can't yard it out to make a top fit How does it do in the wind? Much flapping/slapping? I ended up adding some pipe insulation to mine to ward off the noise, seems to work great thus far.
Yep, I've wheeled one of those, too...
Soooo, after my bi-weekly PT torture [I kid the people there are great, but they do hook me up to electrodes and ask how much can I take] I decided to take a little dirt nap and lie under the Jeep to do a little more bolting on.
I need a bigger jack.

bad monkey!
Tires were on. Heck, with that jack I couldn't even get the tires off of the ground. Couldn't fall far enough to get me. Oh, and I need bigger jack stands too. I just needed enough suspension droop to get to the top bolts.
Glad you care.

@ Toby. Does great in the wind. The top has a bow over the passenger section...
...and at the very back, that is also the channel for the rear window. I doubt it would fit over your cage, depending on the rear part of your family bar. It is tight and I had to ditch my Rock-Hard family bar (was going to anyways when the cage gets welded in.) But, you should take some measurements when you see it, might work.
