Alvin's roll at Hover

Postby commando14 » Wed Jan 20, 2010 8:30 pm

This is video shot by Screaming Toylet of Alvin's roll over on the big hill climb at Hover park... probably about 9-10 years ago I think?

Gary was riding shotgun. No one was hurt. I never have tried climbing that hill after watching him roll down it. :oO

Doesn't look all that bad.

Did he drive it home?

That thing went over 4X! If Danny does not think that looks bad, I'm not sure I'd ever want to ride shotty with him... oh except in his motorhome. 8-)
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

WOW, didn't think I'd ever see this video again!
This was the first Peak Putters run I attended, I rode shotty with Fozzie. I was sitting on the hill next to Steve Richards when Alvin rolled, but this is the only pic I got of it.

That run was COLDER THAN SNOT!!!!
After pulling the top and windshield frame(the glass popped out and LIVED) Alvin drove it home, I think he still owes me a pair of gloves . . .

That's not the hill we went up the other weekend, is it?

I was watching from the bottom in my Jeepster.

Jose if you were on top of the hill with Steve then that must be my dad in the white wrangler before he sold it to you??

What was Steve driving? The Jeep or the blue Toyota?

Blue yota, he NEVER wheeled the Jeep with the club.

Yup, I was riding w/ Fozzie. I didn't wheel my green Jeep until that spring, when I could afford some tires with tread on 'em!
