Official run report here:

And my report below for anyone interested in some cliff notes:
The weather was outstanding, the zip line was quite possibly the best idea ever (fuel injection and man quiche not withstanding), the trail was fun and completely dust free thanks to the drizzle, my 9yo boy is already a better driver than me, my daughter thinks the back seat of the LJ is her domain and no one else’s, and there is simply no way to pass through Yakivegas on the way home from the mountains without stopping at Miners. Period.
A couple shots from camp:
The zip line:
The group preparing for launch Saturday morning:
In her domain:
Airing down at the trailhead:
I didn’t get too many pics from the trail, but here are a few of them:
The LJ’s enjoying their natural habitat:
The aftermath of the drizzle:
After exiting the trail, we shot back over the hump via Forest Service roads, and stopped a couple times to take in the odd weather (for late July):
Sunday morning we headed over to the Boulder Caves to do some exploring:
Water flow was pretty sad:
The minions taking a quick break:
And finally, the requisite stop en route back home:
Overall a fantastic weekend, can't wait to get back up there
