Godman Teepee 4-26-2024

Taking advantage of a little break in the action at work, we headed up to some friend's property outside of Dayton near the Eckler Mountaing Snow Park. Our group consisted of (4) SxS's, a JLU-RD, and the Donkey. After offloading and airing down, we headed South on Skyline toward Godman and quickly found very typical springtime snow in the Blues:

We took the left turn at Godman and headed out toward Teepee, and the going was slow but steady through the drifts and snow-induced sidehills. Definitely good clean fun It was lunchtime as we crested the hill at French Ridge:

With bellies full, we continued to break trail the rest of the way to the Teepee trailhead:

A couple of our group had prior engagements back home, and it was nearing 1400hrs as we piled back into our rigs at Teepee. We made the return trip to the Snow Park and aired up, said our goodbyes to the rest of the group, and hauled the mail back home. Fantastic day in the Blues.
