With that handled, we headed North on FS-64, otherwise known as Skyline with every intention of making it across the top and down into Dayton. The conditions were absolutely perfect, and although we did find a couple of uber hard-pack snow drifts across the road near Table Rock, with some careful tire placement and a second set of diapers, we were able to successfully make the trek across:
We aired up at the pavement just outside the gate to Bluewood, and then rewarded our efforts with a frosty beverage in W2 on our way back up to Tollgate:
Amazing trip across the top, I personally haven't done a significant portion of that route in over 35 years... Truth be told, I could have done without the ridiculously sketchy snowdrift sidehill action near Table Rock, but at the same time those are the kinds of things that make these trips memorable. Can't wait for the next one
