We launched from the West Richland Maverik around 0700 in typical blustery March conditions, but the winds were at least pushing the clouds around enough to provide some direct sunlight now and again as we made our way Westward:
We stopped at the Windy Point muster area to offload and air down:
The trip up the switchbacks on NF-1302 was uneventful, but with that said I was still full of trepidation due to the utter stupidity of rocking 39's on a completely stock Dana 30
Soon enough we found ourselves at the shelter and stopped to have a BS session and check blinker fluid levels:
With the Dana 30 not yet exploded, we continued onward:
As we approached the top of the bluff above the first set of towers, the weather starting coming in rapidly. We ate our lunch and had another BS session, but ultimately decided it best to save glory for future trips and head back down while the getting was good:

From here it was a quick trip down the hillside and back to the staging area. The mighty Dana 30 had prevailed

I'd like to thank Paul's birthday for inspiring this trip. One day, we will wheel again. . .
