just bought my first jeep 97 wrangler gots 35's 12000 pound wench.Im looking to put arb locker in the rear a place called bay view 4x4 said they would do it with axle upgrades and gears for 2260.is this a reasonable deal or what

Welcome.

$2260 is ballpark for a fully built D60 or 9" from someone like Dynatrac or Currie, so if that's what they are charging to upgrade your current rear (a D44 at best), keep looking...

What axles are currently under your Jeep? If you have a sport model you might have a D44 in the rear. Front will be a Dana 30.

Do you know what gears are currently in it?
