Just moved back to the area after 8 years of being gone

Postby klinger » Thu Jan 14, 2010 5:17 pm

I just figured to introduce. I'm Jerry aka klinger, I was the vice president of Deschutes County 4 Wheelers out of Bend Oregon, were a Regin 6 club. My family and I moved back here in September due to the wonderful economy our nation is having at the moment and were finaly able to have a little breathing. So now it's time to start looking for some other kids to play with. I drive a 2002 jeep wrangle with a 4 inch spring lift with 35,s 456 gears with arb in the 30 up front and a true track in the back. I figure I'm gonna break the 35 mighte as well be cheap about it. Home built spare tire/ jerry can swing out carrier and a home built roof rack and modified sport cage plus 9000 winch. My wife's jeep is a 2005 unlimited that's stock exept 32 inch the bfg km2's and 2 inch puck boost. Our main runs my family participated in were class b trail runs. Nothing to serious but still pletty of fun. Were a family of 3, me my wife and our 5 year old daughter.
For the most part we wheel as a family.

Welcome. I think you will find our club a good fit. If you want to be real popular, post up some pics of your rig, and more importantly keep an eye out for some runs.
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

Easy Dave, I don't know everyone. Welcome Jerry, I'm trying to remember... Do you drive a RED TJ? I'm sure we probably crossed paths at John and Patties. Anyway welcome aboard.

sorry about not posting back soon

Postby klinger » Sat Jan 16, 2010 9:51 am

Forgive me if I don't post back soon but I usually only have a short time on the computer due to family scheduling. I'll try to get some pics up of my jeep on the forum. We really don't have any of my wifes due to the fact that we always take mine on runs, but they are both daily driven. So if you see a yellow tj on 35 with klinger across the windshield thats me so beep and wave. :)
