That is the plan, hence why I took a little while to rejoin.

And those oil spots are not mine if anyone wants to know. :P I don't let my rigs be leaky rigs.

Saw pics, I been searchin for what tires you had. I figured 33"s from the pics.
Is it just a stock spoa? I am going to see how 33"s fit. if not YJ/RUF later on to make em not rub.

Wanna sell your zuk? My bro's lookin for one.. :P

I like your zuk alot. Hows it do?

It is just a spring over with 4.16 t-case, stock 3.73's with rear Lock Right. It works well for what it is. Not fond of how easy it wants to flop over but that is what you get with this small of a wheel base though. It is a fun rig for the not so steep trails and gets great mileage. It is not for sale. Sometimes we run two rigs on the trail since we have so many kids.

Sweet. When I get a job I will get another one to do a 4 link yota axles etc. But as of now I gotta DD wheelin rig. :D And I love the small rigs, they fit anywhere. I can maneuver through things that bigger rigs gotta just hit hard because they cant go around it.

So far I have not seen a legal place where my Sami would have over all been an advantage over my XJ. Maybe back in the day when the trails where Flatty wide. Now days the legal trails are damn near wide enough for a full size Blazer (not that anyone should try it).

Have fun with your Sami. I hope to see it on the trail someday.

Will be doing alot in the next few weeks to get ready for a Juniper camp trip.

Lockers, spool are sitting in the garage for a few weeks, gonna pull my axles and put yj springs (been sitting in the garage with new bushings for a few weeks waiting for money to get new shocks, and metal) and put the lockers n spool, t-case bucket, and royal purple all throughout the system.

Here is how it sits as of today:

33"s vs toy on 35"s

This weekend it'll be a real wheeler.

Bought some royal purple, almost done cutting metal. Cutting 1/4" thick steel with 4.5" grinder, sucks. Dewalt cutting wheel seemed to last forever.

Twin city tomorrow, build a front bumper, and a mini stinger (mainly for front end protection, 18" long or so) not a "functional" stinger, I think they are pointless. :P

As of today, well the rear tires are back off, putting in the spool (sami carriers are so tiny they are hard to weld strong is what I've heard, and I got it free from my bro so I'm running it!)

gotta put on my front shock hoops, rear upper shock mount, and flex it out and get some rough estimates of where I will be putting my lower shock mounts and buy shocks and lower mounts and see what happens :D
