Hello, New to Jeepin', but running like my hair is on fire!

Postby Livin4Today » Thu Jan 26, 2012 4:19 pm

:D I'm Lance (aka JK Lance), I just bought a new (to me) 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara JK. I've somehow managed to spend every cent I saved since, as I bought my wife (whom you'll get to know as TJ Tara soon enough) a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sahara TJ. Mine's Black and her's is white. Anyway we've been fixing them up a little crazy like and have also been looking for clubs and found WU, and EWA, but only came across you folks thanks to some EWA folks. The real Irony is while you guys were out playing at Juniper we drove out to check out Slab, so we be prepared for the Feb 4 meet-up...

Anyhow for now, its livin,' learnin,' and tweakin,' all the while trying not to stress my wife out by spending more. That said we still need to get a few things, like a couple of radios so we can talk to someone besides each other, so we'll be looking for some assistance there...

Building a capable off roader is easy, building a street legal one that you can wheel and then drive daily is the challenge...

Which one, what time, and yes Dave we stole a lil of your imagination in naming conventions...

Specs we'll get to and pics we've yet to gather, like I said my hair is on fire, and you can only do, get so many things before the hair is gone and all you're left with is a burnt spot and a memory...LOL

We don't do anything halfway... We generally jump in with both feet until we get bored with something... Heck I turned over 126k on my Harley last year, but I think it's gonna have an easy year this go around as we'll be focusing on Jeepin'...
