re introduction to the forum.

Postby klinger » Thu Apr 03, 2014 6:15 pm

Hey I'm klinger. Long story short I used to belong to Deschutes county 4 wheelers and my family and I moved up here in 09. Well here it is 2014 and were finally able to go 4 wheeling again, my wife and daughter went to the meeting so we hopefully can start the process of joining. So any body go wheeling in the middle of the week? I work rotating shift out at boise so I work 4 days on then 4 off so getting to monthly runs might be an issue from time to time. By the way I drive a 2002 tj on a 4 inch lift w/35 mtr's with a front d30 arb and rear 8.8 with trash loc and my wife has a 14 Rubicon thats stock. By the way I joined the forum back in 09 but got caught up in work and pretty much stopped.

it was nice meeting some of you last night.

Just wanted to say that it was nice meeting some of you last night, and I didn't realize how much restrictions were on the blues. It keeps reminding me of when they shut down the badlands outside of Bend and how they used the different organizations against each other, well.... I think its time to change that. I would also like to call a run next week, but need to check the schedule with the wife. If anyone interested let me know. Thanks in advance, Klinger

Rskiba, we might be free Saturday afternoon, unfortunately we have a funeral to attend either Friday or Saturday, my wife has more of the details and I go back on graveyard shift on Sunday. The pitfall of working a rotating shift but least it's only 4 days. My wife's username is canedmulder, and she would know more. (She always does) But I was thinking of webber canyon or hover.

Ok so does anyone want to go wheeling this weekend? I'm thinking saturday or Sundays afternoon. I actually have a weekend free and managed to get my rear carrier back together. It would be either weber canyon or hover.

Ok hover it is. Got to talk to the wife to make sure of time. You know how it is, got to talk to the boss first. Now mind you its been about 4 years since I've been out there so I don't know all the trails or fun stuff. I just remembered picking lots of nails off of the mud that was all over my jeep
