Old but new again

Postby GRADESCHOOL » Sun Oct 28, 2018 5:44 pm

It’s has been about 10 years give or take since I was a member. I know many members and talk with some from time to time, but it’s time to get back in with a club that’s family oriented and start wheeling again. Some might know but I bought my dads 1990 yj from him and haven’t had to do much to it as it was already built by us back when I was in high school. I have to rebuild the transmission then I’m ready for some runs. Of course there is a lot I want to do it, but that will come with time.

Welcome Scotty. Perhaps it’s time for some new tires? I remember that set from many years ago.

The retreads he had on the Cherokee were the worst.

Those retreads were horrible. This set isn’t bad, they are several years old but are almost new. Maybe has about 1000 miles on them. This is the second set of them that had been on this jeep. But once I figure out different axles it will be getting some new tires.
