Howdy ho neighbors and neighboretts!!!!

Postby mtnbound » Wed Jun 18, 2008 11:42 am

Hey all, My name is John Garrison and I hail form the wonderful town of Kennewick. Born and raised, I have two charming children (17yo daughter 14 yo son) I rember when 10th Ave was 2 lanes and 50 MPH.

I wheel an '87 Samurai that is mostly stock  except for YJ Springs sprung over, Power steering off of a Tracker, TJ Fender Flares, Sound pods out of a YJ, 6.5:1 T/C gears, Loc-rite in the rear, Custom one-off front and rear bumpers and a Warn wannabe 8k winch. Here are a couple pics.

Welcome, neighbor  I think you and Andy may be the only small rigs on here with us at the moment. If I'm wrong, I'll hear about it

I was talking to one of my uncles (David) and come to find out he was a member in the mid 70's. He had a red '73 ford Bronco. He ended up selling the bronco to my cousin Darren Thorpe who raced it. I don't know if Darren was a member but he did run around with Mike Mudd.

He wasnt the only that drove it hard. His wife did also.
