Peak Putters - Horn Rapids - August 19th, 2007

Postby Grumpy » Sun Aug 26, 2007 3:31 pm

Steve, Jose, Jim, Kevin, and I went out with the various "Bomber Class" units, and had a ball. Well, Steve had fun. Jim and Jose kept having issues. OG's steering kept coming adrift, and Tarbaby was still suffering the maladies of sitting for half it's life. The youngsters had quite a thrash Saturday getting the Waggy ready for it's public debut. Like, 3 in the AM . I bailed about 10. We stripped the interior, put a carb of Steve's on, and it ran. Seemed like pretty well, too Yeah, right .Age reared it's head after we got out there. Still need some serious work on the carb and ignition

So, on to the pictures:

Still have a few to go, but need to resize them. That may take a day or two <!-- s:? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_confused.gif" alt=":?" title="Confused" /><!-- s:? -->

Looks like a fun time! Thanks for sharing Dave. I want to get a Cherokee to join in on the fun.

I will see about getting a feature added that will automatically resize the images after they get uploaded if they are too big.
