Postby OldGreen » Tue Feb 14, 2012 2:00 pm

Some of Dan's pics here:

And a few of mines

There will be video and all that kind of stuff after we recover a little more. I seriously need a vacation from my vacation.

Q and A:

Was it fun? Yes!
Was it dusty? Too Dusty by far. . .dustier than Primm.
Anything cool happen? Yes, but. . .well. . .Vegas Rules Baby ;)
Would you do anything differently? YES! I would have only gone for 3 days. I may have stayed in a hotel. I would not have been on a pit crew for strangers. I would have been racing myself if possible.
Would you go again? Yes.
Was it all it was cracked up to be? NO. What made it worthwhile were my good friends and the new ones we made!!!

Since Jimmy posted the worst run report ever I thought I explain a couple of things.

First: Vegas Rules applied so there's not much we can share. Sorry.

Second: Most off the video's were taken during the LCQ (Last Chance Qualifying) at Chocolate Thunder.

Third: The downhill crawling was taken during the Stock/Stock Mod race held on Sunday. That was held at Back Door. Last year the race wend up Back Door.

Fourth: No one ever told me that I couldn't hold my camera sideways and take a vertical video. That's why you'll have to turn your computer sideways to view some of my video's.

Fifth: Stay tuned for more pics and video's as time allows. We took tons.

Ya, you know... a short squaty guy with a pointy hat and a beard.

He a little cracked. He had to do with a midnight excursion, a razor, a suitcase and oh ya, 5-O....nuf said.
