X-celent!! I've been on a couple of those myself, and like you say, they are both daunting being alone, but exciting all the same. i didn't do the photo thing like yourself.

I was planning a trip like that for Fathers Day up above Lake Chelan but my voice of reason....no Jimmy...not me, but mini-me talked me out of it. I won't listen to it next time.

A solo expedition up there would be primo.
