Headed out for a snow run 12/31 morning in the Stevenson, WA area.
Josh(yellow XJ) and I were a little late on the scene(broken studs on his trailer axle) I didn't take a lot of pics, but we got into a lot of fresh deep snow. Most of the trail breaking was done by the fellow in the orange chevy truggy with 49 iroks.
I was able to crawl the fresh stuff, about 1/4" of forward movement for each lug rotation. Very rough going, but fun.
These shots are from about halfway back down the hill. Here we were pretty well able to move through the loose snow, very cool.
Wish I had taken more pics on top. I was too busy crawling around.
New Years Eve day in SW WA

Cool running Was the little Blazer lost I may be off base, but I'm thinkin' a couple of them rigs might not fit some of the places these hooligans go

I think the blazer had 33-35s on it? He was pretty buried from time to time.
For sure on rig size. The fellow with the big iroks only runs it in the snow. I believe he has a cj7 for normal wheelin'.
I only run the big boggers in the snow as well, and once these hooligans tricked me into runnning trails at Naches with them on, but I forigive 'em.
I think everyone else would be game on for some tight trail wheelin' tho.

As you can see from my signature, my personal rig won't do much heavy going It's a bit long, and only has skinny 33's on it However, once Steve gets his Scout going, I'll likely knock him in the head and steal it a couple of times this coming year
