All Wheelers Off Road Club -
Spring Fever Run
at the L T Murry
March 15th, 2008
Trail Boss: Demontang

On March 15th, 2008 at 10 AM we met up on Sheep Company Road at the L.T. Murry.

Demontang was the Trail Boss on this run. He tooks us out on some trails we had never been on before.

We found a little snow to play in.

This trail was a little off camber.

It started getting muddy.
Image

We stopped on the top of the ridge to take in the view.

Looking down at the valleys around Yakima County.
Image

The rigs of the day.
Image

We headed back down.
Image

Soggymountain getting sideways.

Image

99 taking a off camber snow line.
Image

Image

That did not work so well. Her Jeep decided it could not run in reverse. Another sensor messing up. Soggymountain thought he would try to winch 99's XJ up the hill.
Image

Image

Image

That did not work so well so he pulled her back.
Image

Image

A little carage.
Image

Image

Scuba decide to drive down the trail 99 didn't make it up. I missed it. Waycrazy decided he wanted to drive down it.
Image

Image

The snow gave way and the CJ started siding in the low part.
Image

He was all the way on his side.
Image

Waycrazy drove out of that on his own. I will post the video soon.

Scuba came up to ask us if we would pull him back if he couldn't make it up the off camber climb since his sensor would not let him back up either.
Image

Image

Soggymountain said he would so Scuba went for it.
Image

That didn't work so Soggymountain pulled Scuba out too.

The L T Murry was more than I thought it would be. That was a very fun day riding around with 99. Now it is time to put her XJ back together.

Nothing posted but I was told by Laura Applegate
from the DNR that it is 35 mph on all dirt roads in Yakima County. I can not find that law in writing though.
