Endagered species act revamp.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the American Sand Association:

"For decades the endangered species act has been trotted out every time the environmental extremists want to restrict our rights to public lands. It is their weapon of choice against those who want to recreate in the great outdoors.

The Bush Administration is finally taking action to plug this sierra-sized loophole. They want to revamp this flawed piece of legislation.

Public comments are needed!! (You know the anti access groups will respond in great numbers)"

Send your comments here by 9/15: http://www.regulations.gov/fdmspubli...000064806c5826

We need as many comments sent as we can to prevent the eco-nazi's having the free reign they've enjoyed these last few years.
