Natural Resources Reform

Postby Grumpy » Sat Oct 17, 2009 8:20 am

Natural resource agencies (Subcabinet appointed by the Governor) have submitted a set of reform ideas to Governor Gregiore for reforming the state's natural resource management.

To view the complete document go to:

http://www.governor.wa.gov/prioritie...lresources.asp

Go to - Related Resources - click on "Ideas to Improve Management of Washington's Natural Resources." (172 pages)
This section will also give you a Progress Report (2 pages); and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) (8 pages); the FAQ section I find very informational.

Region Directors, Land Chairmen and Coordinators - this is the same information that I provided you in the latest emails regarding this reform package from the Governor.

For more information:

Please send e-mail to Resource.reform@ofm.wa.gov; or John Mankowski, Governor's Executive Policy Office/ john.mankowski@gov.wa.gov or Kristan Arestad, Office of Finanical Management/ kirstan.arestad@ofm.wa.gov

The feedback by the public will be accepted till October 28, 2009.

Arlene Brooks, WA State Director (pnw4wda -c)
