The Department of Natural Resources has several pieces of legislation that they would like considered during the 105 day - 2011 Legislative session; bill number (s) is not available at this time.
For your information - you may download a fact sheet (4 pages) that addresses the recreation reform goals; establishing an "Explore Washington Pass" -a pass enabling users to access state lands, managed by DNR and Fish & Wildlife; along with amending DNR's recreational immunity statute.
