This is just what Irene Davidson at Naches has been waiting for I fear! This is the biggest attack on us so far, and I mean BIG! It really is an end run on the rules, and will allow "green" FS supers to just go nuts!

This is what the Wildlands Center for the Prevention of Roads has been working at for years! If this is allowed, and Congress is not informed of what's happening, we're done. We just plain don't have the resources to fight this idiocy.
