DECISION LEGAL NOTICE
1501 FLOOD REPAIR PROJECT
NACHES RANGER DISTRICT
OKANOGAN-WENATCHEE NATIONAL FOREST
The Responsible Official, Irene Davidson, Naches District Ranger signed a Decision Memorandum on September 24, 2013 approving the 1501 Flood Repair project. The decision was made to close and decommission the first five miles of Forest System Road (FSR) 1501, also known as the Little Rattlesnake. The project area is located within Washington State Department of Natural Resources land ownership in Township 15N, Range 15E, Sections 9, 10, 16, 17, 19 and 20 W.M. within Yakima County, Washington.
